Big up for raising a valid issue concerning Traffic police in Kathmandu. If any civil servant deserves respect and recognition, it's them. 

 they work hard with no doubts, but they don't go through practical systematic method which without proper systematic program they just begin the work.they should start with systems so that everyone can appreciate and follow the rules.

 How many promoters does the site have? Seems like Krishna Dongol, Mo Maharjan (who commented using fb), mohanem, saroj_tansen and [Disallowed String for - excessive promotion] are all associated w/ it. Kasto jhur patas promotional/marketing efforts ho.

 always negative thought process people in the world, but feeback: negative or positive, it helps improve with no doubts. well, FYI, it is not official promotion.

Nobody labelled this as an official promotion (the idea sounds hilarious, anyway). You gotta take criticisms and negative feedbacks that come your way. There are rooms for improvement, no doubt. 

But at least, I can watch several Nepali movies that I can't find anywhere else on your website now.

 well, admin of PC, just to let you know that criticism and negativities are parts of democracy. I know that very well, so i take that as useful comments.
