If some one wants go get $45-50K from Nepal through hundi or some other source, and start business in US, how could this be done? Does one need to reveal the source for this amount? Suggestion wanted. Please express you ideas/experiences. Thanks in advance.

I think people usually take money from US to Nepal in order to do business. You are doing it in reverse.

 pardaina many people do this its no big deal 40 -50k is not a lot of money to start a business. i have done it too.
