Hi!!guys, I am in F-1 status right now. My employer had petitioned for the work and already got my work permit and also I-485 is pending. I need to start the work from the first week of March. Since my status is F-1, I am still confused about taking classes. Do I still need to go to college? Or I am fine since I-485 is pending. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks, Roshani

I 485 PENDING..AS THE NAME SPEAKS FOR ITSELF....its pending...not decided....it could be approved or denied.....unless its approved, you need to to to school, coz your status has not changed from F 1 TO a resident, untill 485 gets approved... good luck
