I can create such graphs in excel, but it would take take and take long to describe each and every step. If you have data and can send to me, I can help you out with this.

If this is just the matter of graph, draw 2 graphs in excel 0-7 and 22-25 and merg them.If you donot want to do as i stated, i will be of no more help.
