my Dearll nepalese, living in usa i am in europe since 2 yrs  as student and planing to go to usa as tourist visa from here to usa and  i can get job there as i am hotel industry worker and plz let m ekno if i get any job can i change my visa status, plz give me correct answar, then i can get my visa to usa , and normally i am a normall student here too,  plz make my  brain clear, hope to geting many sugestion

hemanta12p bro...cha ni u can easily come to USA hola bcoz ur at europe so i think tyahabata USA jana  garo hunna hola but bcoz m also in italy right now ani ma last yr gaeko thiye USA tourist visa ma...but i dont know whether u can change the status or not.. sorry bout that...but i will ask wid some of my fren and will inform u...dont worry..

Hemant . If you are there for only 2 years than you may find it difficulty in getting a visa.  However, if someone from US takes guarantee than you can easily get visa . 

Or else I will suggest it is better to apply for visa from Nepal. Because we have to show strong emotional tie with the country that you are currently in. If you are just there for 2 years than it is really difficult for you to show that you have a strong relationship with the country especially because you are a student and don't have a work.  However, applying from Nepal you can show strong emotional tie with it and have a better chance of getting a visa.

Regarding change to H1. I think some company in US should sponsor you to change the status. I think you can change your status while you are in US.

thanks dai for your answar , but matter is not getting visa , visa at any cost i will get coz i  was already in uk too and swiss also , i will fine a way to get tourist visa therte from here as i have got  permanant residence visa as student , thanks. plz add me if any more sugestion,
