Need help in QA stuff, new in this field, can anyone plese help me step-by-step procedure and making test cases and how to test it.

here are some sites that might help ya, so try researching man, theres no silver bullet. It all depends on the type of product u r going to test. And since u are a QA, u dont even need to write unit test cases. So i think its all plain english.

No I'm not dongol, i'm a developer.

u might need to learn a lil bit of linux servers, CVS servers(Version controlling), how to deploy the application(it depends on the product u'll be QAing), some SQL statements, thats all i can remember now, let me know if u have some questions, i'll ask my QAs and let u know.
