what are the minimum documents required to apply for H4 visa.  Murthy forum mentions too many documents which i think are not required.  could anyone who recently applied for H4 share what documents are must.

I am thinking of using the following:

1. few wedding pictures

2. certificate of relationship between the applicant and the H1 B holder ( wife and husband)

3. copy of passport and visa of H 1B holder

4. copy of H1B approval notice ( I 797 C)

5. few pay stubs

6.  original job offer letter and letter mentioning the H1B holder is still continuing in the company

7. W2 forms and tax documents.

Now, my questions are, do i need to show bank balance?  do i need to send original I 797 A?  please note that I have send original I797 C.  how about I 129 notice?  please provide some input.  Thanks.
