I have student visa, just got married six months ago. My husband have I 140 approved, EB3, I 485 green card pending status, so i was wondering if i can file with him now to get my work permit.

You need to wait until your Husband's I485 get current. The current I485 for EB3 is 15Dec04 as per September Visa bulletin. Once your spouse's I485 get current then you can file I485 AOS , then both of you will receive GC within couple of months.  By the way when is your Husband's priority date?

I assume maximum 6 months  for your husband's I 485 to get current. Currently they are processing Dec 2004. From USCIS bulletin it seems they are clearing 4-6 months backlocks every month. If it goes with the same pace then it shouldn't take more than 6-8 months for you guys to get your cards.
