Why do Nepalese sing hindi song, know hindi, hum to songs etc ... but Indians dont sing nepalese song or know nepalese or even hum to any song?

India is the most influencal among all indian sub-continent countries. Not only Nepalis, but Pakistanis, Bangladeshi, SriLankan, Bhutanese do the same. They all watch hindi movies, sing hindi songs etc.
Let alone nepal, Hindi movies have influences to all parts of the world, I have seen mongolian or russain people watch hindi movies. India has a great culture of more than a billion people. Now even the people in the US have started appreciating bollywood music and admiring A R Rahman.
I am not an india supporter or anything. But it is called appreciation of music. India is culturally rich and influencal to influence small countries like ours. We have very less exposure, and indians don't need to learn our language to sing good songs or watch good movies(not that we make any anyways).

That does make sense. But the retard (indian) in my company said it is because Nepal follows Indian. It did not make any sense so that i why i asked the question above. Thanks!!

Simple Indians have unity in diversity but I know half of Indians know " musu musu haasi deu na lei lei" care of Prasant Tamang and " Naachi deu maichyang timi damphu ko talai ma"
