I received the confirmation that they accepted my application and I have the same IOE case number. @Rajsekar I sent the $6.25 priority mail. Also see below as it explains the IOE code hope this helps:

– NBC – National Benefits Center;
– IOE – ELIS (e-Filing); and
– YSC – Potomac Service Center.

The processing time has dramatically increased with Trump administration. It says 3-5 months for EAD & 4-5 months for travel document.
