There are good and bad, friendly and non friendly people from any nation or group. I am just talking about general impression as a whole group. Which foreigner would you like as your friend or your roommate if you have to choose? ?
My experience is that among Asians, Sri lankans can make good friends. Among Africans, Ghanians are friendly and among Americans (North or South), Brazilians are friendly. In fact Brazilians make the best friend among all.
