The video posted by menmyself is cracking me up..hehe. I think he is trying too hard with his accent. 

 I think he is from kushma, parbat. Thats what i figured out from his fb.

Most nepali that I have met talks this way, unless they were born here or have been here more then 15 years. But in the flip side I know few people who have been here for more then 15 yrs who still speaks that way, may be because the don't interact with locals much and talk nepali at home all the time even when they meet their friends.
