Friends, last time i applied for green card for a family member, it was rejected because vaisa number was unavailable. It was returned to me with a stamp "REJECTED WITHOUT PREJUDICE' and suggested to me that I apply when the numbers are available. Do they at least accept the application now? Can you apply now and wait? Please help.
