Do Nepalese carrying a US GC require a transit visa for Hong Kong? Their website says that transit visa is required for someone possessing a GC but one travel agent said that visa isn't required.....

There was a press release from Dragon Air couple of years back which mentioned that passengers flying with Cathay Pacific group wouldn't  need transit visa for Hongkong. I don't know if it still applies or was just another marketing gimmick for a short period of time.

If you are flying with any other airlines, you need transit visa even though you have US GC.

Saw them... It seems like Cathay Pacific are the only airlines that will allow you to travel, visa free....but I'm remotely concerned about Cathay Pacific since I'm flying on Jet Airways...

Anybody else?
