How is the condition now for applying H1-Visa in Nepal...?? Please share your good or bad experience with it.

I got my Visa stamping from Nepal 2 months ago and I had no problem at all. They told me to call back after 2.3 business days, since they hadn't gotten electronic copy of H1B from USCIS, and kept all my documents. They called me after 4 days and returned my documents with Visa :-).
If you have all required documents, you should be ok.
