Hello everybody.
I came to united states in spring 2007. I could not do well in my studies during my initial days so i got academic dismissal from the university. but I transferred to a different college and fixed my GPA  (3.5) right now. I am graduating in couple of months and plan to apply for OPT. My question here is, do i have problem getting h1 b petition approved on the way due to my past academic suspension back in 2008.
any inputs  will be much appreciated.

 I am in the same standing as you, are you graduationg from a community college or an university, 

 I am getting my Bachelor's degree from uni.so far from my research and the experts in the matter, i have found that it wont be the problem, so headsfree and headup.

 University dont accept academic dismissed, it will be in your transcript, i dont know how you did it man, but it should not create problem in your H1-B,
