Mero sathi kam garne thauma euta dhoti kta kam garthyo ani tesko boss sanga kach kach parera tyolai nikaldiyo plus paisa ni diyena coz i heard he stole the money.....aile tyo kta canadako patra vako kt sanga bihe garera tehi ko basinda vako cha so now hes saying ma department of kamdarr lai complain gardeko chu so they will come to check there(tyo chai opt card le kam gareko thyo)...tero sathi trouble ma huncha kam najanu vann vancha untill they will come, i know him infact mero thauma kam garthyo paila. tyolai aile tyo n yako kam bata reference letter nadiyera aile canadama kam ni pako chaina re so tyole i am sorry i have to do it vancha...but mero sathi ta rati kam garcha like 10pm-8am so im thinkin rati ta awdaina hola ni haiii????.....ayee ni bihan awla sooo im thinking uhh 10-6kam garnu sakcha hola ni haii kii kam nai najanu...feri 1-2wks kaile samma awne hoo....and im confidient tyo le threaten matra gareko hoina plus tyo department ni serious cha coz asti ek thau ayeko thyo coz tesko bossle overtime pay gardaina vanera tha payecha yetai tira....we r just confused....it may b not a big deal coz its night shift but u neva no??????? plz give us some infoo...

W/o having much knowledge on this subject, I'd use my gut feeling. I'd just start looking for a job somewhere else.

First of all, the person can show up there to boot. Second, even if he/she doesn't show up, why live in fear?

I'd start looking for job and leave when I get similar or better offer.
