I m going to evaluate my transcript by WES.I don't know how can I bring my unopened sealed document from TU.If u have done it before plz share with me.I have one friend in KTM he ll do all.but only Idea.

Once your friend gets the documents, ask him to have sealed from TU. He will post you or your designated address directly.
If you need help, put a nice heading to get more response.
