Also, in the eyes of the American taxpayer, these increasing cases of Indian fradulent schemes is sure to burn a stereotypic image into their minds. Losing their trust will make it more difficult to regain it for the honest ones.

you are absolutely right dekchi and for those who are thinking to do this illegally in the future don't even dare, you might end up in a jail the govertment will make it tougher for those who deservs real asylum 

I am not surprise by this outcome. Indians are number 1 in fraud and you know i don't have to
spit it all out. Several months ago, Indians were involved in H1B Visa fraud and today this.
It's no wonder even coming to the first world country, the Indians sure way have a method to beat
the legal system.

Just think how many Indians are in the US through fraud and scam methods.
US immigration needs to be tighter with Indian Citizens. I can see that Indians being more
menace to US society than the Mexicans.
