Hi guys, I am stuck with this constant battle about whether to apply for TPS or not. Only reason I think TPS would help me is that if I happen to get advance parole I don't need to go through all the paper works and interview in Nepal. however, to get advance parole you need to give a valid reason for that, but for a F1 student wouldn't they just deny the advance parole and ask to apply for new F1 visa in Nepal. I don't care about employment authorization which is basic purpose of TPS.

Thank you guys
