Could you pls advise me the process to apply for J1 VISA. I am now in Nepal and would like to visit to USA under J1 visa

J1 visa is exchange visitor visa. I think it is worst visa to get. But there are ways to wave it. Depending on the purpose it was given. For physisan under training if they serve US rural area for certain years two year home country return may be waived. For researchers it may be even easier to waive and convert to H1 or green card.
