Everybody knows abt Prachanda and where he comes from,so I won't balme him and his cadres :that is the way they want to rule;thay have killed so many people brutally in past,so it is not new to me.I would rather blame Govt coz theyclaim that they believe in democracy and rule of law but I do not know by which power of spec give me a sense of democratic rule in Nepal... We are heading towards nowhere zone..
