there are not much nepalis there, its more of hispanic population, as everywhere else in CA, but u might find some indians, and u will find some nepalis in simi valley/westlake area , the area is not that bad,its close to the scenic pacific highway, santa barbara and ojai valley to name few, and the premium outlet center attracts a lot of crowd to that place.
