barbad bhayo......10 years samma ko kheti dubayo,jiban sakhap bhaye jasto lagyo...BIA le samet appeal reject garyo ra 2 mahina ma desh chhadne order chha ...volunatary departure,aba ke garne hola.ma case lai federal ma lana sakdina,baru reopen garne...ke kasto docs chainchha?kasari jitne aba yo case lai?

Bibek,
If u have strong base u ca take it to the fifth circuit Ct. If not case reopen is just a way to spend more money. The best to do, get some advice from few diff attorneys..
After all u r loosing nothing man, Nepal Jindaabad.
